- PENGUIN NAME so we can call you over. (If name doesn’t show in CP please write nick name that DOES show in CP or contact me at amx1995@yahoo.com)
- BOY OR GIRL that way we don’t have some misunderstandings.
- FAVORITE MOVIE that way we can probably perform your fave movie!
- MEMBER OR NON-MEMBER so if we have like a member and non member fight i can divide you into groups or something.
- EMAIL incase we need to contact you if there is a scheduled meeting or a date re-change.
- WEBSITE Just so i can put it on my blogroll, jk. So i can comment to check your e-mail or something. (I will add you to my blogroll)
- EXTRAS? Like your penguin age so i can see what items you got for signing parts.
